Psychodynamic therapy offers a space to explore the deeper patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Many of the challenges we face can profoundly impact mental health, often leading to symptoms of depression, anxiety, and emotional distress. Through open-ended exploration and a strong therapeutic relationship, this work helps uncover unconscious patterns, make meaningful connections between past and present, and create lasting change for a more fulfilling life. Most of my clients are Black women of diverse sexual identities and have experienced trauma (i.e., relational, spirituality/religious, childhood sexual abuse). Sessions are held virtually on a weekly basis, providing consistent support and depth to the therapeutic process.

 

Insurance & Fees – I accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans. For those paying out of pocket, the private pay rate is $200 per session. If you have questions about coverage or payment options, feel free to reach out for more details.
